Brass Continuous Casting Rods

Description

The entire continuous casting plant consists of several equipment. It starts from melting the raw material depending on desired chemistry in our Induction Melting Furnace. The melt is then held at a certain temperature in our Induction Holding Furnaces. The heart of the plant is the Continuous Casting Mold which solidifies the molten metal into size as required. The grain structure of the strip are formed at this stage. The Continuously Cast Sheet is withdrawn using precisely controlled cycles in our Sheet Withdrawal Machine. The strip then passes through floating Shear Machine to the up Coiler Machine where it is continuously coiled to be subsequently rolled. The quality of our casting confirms to international standards and cast strips/rods can be subsequently rolled to minimum of 0.01 mm in thickness.
